MEET
Mila
Mila is a French-American Creative Director and Art Director, born and raised in Paris and now based in California.
Over the past decade, she has helped shape brands and campaigns for some of the world’s most recognized companies, from leading brand creative at AG1 to working at agencies including Droga5, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, and Erich & Kallman.
She believes the best creative work does one thing first: makes you feel something.
That curiosity about people also led to a corporate wellness coaching and workshop practice. Drawing on meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation, she helps teams create the conditions to do their best work, with greater clarity, creativity, resilience, and connection.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find her on the trails with her pup Coop, teaching yoga, surfing, or bringing people together through community events.
